Report Cards: Students will receive report cards on Thursday, March 24th.
SAT Testing: All 7th-11th grade students will take the SAT on Thursday, March 24th and Friday, March 25th. Please be sure students arrive on time as we will begin testing first thing in the morning. Students will be dismissed at the regular time on Thursday, but will have an early dismissal of 12:30 on Friday. Seniors are excused from school on both of these days.
ACT Prep Camp: JCJC is offering an ACT prep camp this summer. The camp will be held Monday, June 6 through Thursday, June 9, 2011, which is the week of the National ACT Test. The cost for the camp is $250 which includes room and board, and a copy of “The Princeton Review” ACT prep book. Ole Miss Summer College: Any 10th or 11th grade student interested in attending the Summer College
for High School Students at Ole Miss please see the information Mrs. Thompson has posted on her door.
University of Alabama’s 2011 Capstone Business Leadership Academy: Any Junior interested in majoring in Business should see Mrs. Tina Thompson for information about this 10-day program.
Lunch Forms: April lunch forms are due this Wednesday, March 23rd, by the end of the school day.

Girls Basketball Party Date Change: On Friday, March 25th, all members of the girls basketball team are invited to a party at a farm in Ellisville. Players will be dismissed at 12:00. Directions will be provided.
Soccer Banquet: The boys soccer team will have a banquet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 28th at Life Church. Please RSVP to Buster Pace by Monday, March 21st through email (robertjpace@gmail.com) or at 601-580-3216.
Tennis: Patrick Tibbs will hold a private tennis class for any LCS student on Fridays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. for $10. Students must call ahead to secure a spot. You may reach Coach Tibbs at 601-580-1336.
