Carpool line: Thank you for continuing to be patient with our carpool line. If you are able to come a little later (around 3:10) to pick up your child please do so. You will help reduce both the length of the line and the time you have to wait.
Speech & Debate: Parents Preview Night will take place tonight, September 7th at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Any student planning to compete at Ole Miss, Grapevine, Oak Grove, or Stennis is required to attend. Parents are encouraged to come as well.
National Honor Society: Signs have been posted at the office listing all those eligible for NHS. There will be a brief meeting today during 1st break. Honor Society dues ($10) are to be turned in to Mrs. Crager or Mrs. Burchfield by Friday, September 10th.
PTO Fundraiser: The Coke sale lasts from August 30th-September 10th. Please encourage your student to participate. This is a great way to raise money for our school. Coke products will be distributed on October 12th.
PTO: Please come out for our school wide PTO meeting Thursday, September 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the elementary campus. We will be discussing events for the upcoming school year. The PTO will have a drawing of $100 for both a teacher and a parent.
8th Grade Washington, D.C. Trip: The 8th grade will be taking a trip to Washington, D.C. on April 30-May 4, 2011. Please send your first deposit of $200 (marked DC trip) to the office by Friday, September 17th. We also need the following information by September 17th for all students and/or parents planning to attend: Email address, home and cell phone numbers, social security number, name as it appears on your social security card and/or driver’s license, date of birth, emergency contact, and preferred rooming arrangements.

Letterman Jackets: A letterman jacket representative will be here Tuesday, September 14th to size all High School students wishing to purchase a letterman jacket this year.
