Elementary Weekly Happenings 10.24.11 - 10.28.11

Friday, October 28, will be a ½ day due to a church event hosted by Audubon Drive Bible Church.  Extended Care will not be available

Dismissal Times: 11:00…All K5 Classes
 11:15…1st & 2nd Grades
    11:30…3rd & 4th Grades
    11:45…5th & 6th Grades

Please send in your Box Tops for Education.  They will be submitted on November 1.  The Library appreciates your support.
Boys Peewee Basketball practice:  Monday and Wednesday this week.
The teachers and staff would like to thank the 5th grade moms for the wonderful lunch last week!  The soups, salads and desserts were delicious!  Thank you!
Please turn in your Harvest Festival Food Plate Orders by Wednesday, October 26.
Harvest Festival Family Night:  Thursday, November 3, beginning at 5:00.  
  • Jumps & Games....5:00-8:30
  • Silent Auction.......5:30-8:00
  • Live Auction..........7:00-7:30
Harvest Festival Dress Up Days are as follows:
  • Monday, October 31:  Red, White and Blue Day. (you may wear jeans)
  • Tuesday, November 1:  Blue and Gold Spirit Day. (you may wear jeans)
  • Wednesday, November 2:  50’s Day. Go back in time to the 1950’s. Wear poodle skirts, bobby socks and saddle oxfords, or blue jeans, white t-shirts and penny loafers, etc. The Sock Hop will be Wednesday morning. (PTO Newsletter will be sent home tomorrow with exact times)
  • Thursday, November 3:  Occupation Day.  
Singing Schedule:  All K3 – 8th Graders will be performing at Harvest Festival Night in the parking lot.    
  • K3 & K4……………….6:00 pm
  • K5……………………….6:15 pm
  • 1st – 3rd Grades……6:30 pm
  • 4th – 6th Grades……6:45 pm
  • 7th – 8th Grades.....8:00 pm
Dates to Remember:
